A woman, allegedly angry at a neighbor for parking too close to her vehicle, opted for revenge, but was caught by the police.
It wasn’t hard to spot Marcia Morgan since she was in a hot dog costume. The Florida woman was accused of being drunk when she covered the offending vehicle in toilet paper.
It wouldn’t have been a felony charge, so no biggie… until she started resisting officers’ attempt to detain her. Morgan pleaded no contest to the charges and was slapped with a fine.
