Akron Man To Be Sentenced In Hidden Camera Case

An Akron man could face jail time for installing a hidden camera in his Hocking Hills rental cabin.

Jason Yard is set to be sentenced next month after pleading no contest to felony charges.

Prosecutors state Yard owned the cabin called the Sly Fox Lodge on State Route 664 in Hocking Hills.

A family staying at the cabin in February of last year called deputies after discovering a hidden camera in a basement bathroom.

An investigation revealed the camera recorded video of nearly 50 adults and over a dozen children in the bathroom.
