An arrest warrant is being issued for the suspect in a Springfield Township shooting.
The incident happened Sunday morning at a location on Albrecht Avenue.
The suspect has been named as 40-year-old Stanley "Chance" Smith.
Smith, who is described as a white male with a swastika tattoo, is wanted on charges including felonious assault.
Police say he should be considered armed and dangerous.
