A suspect is in custody following a deadly weekend shooting in Tallmadge.
Police say they received a call a little after 11 a.m. yesterday from someone saying that they had just shot their father.
Officers responding to a location on Cynthia Lane found a wounded man who was later pronounced dead at Akron City Hospital.
Police arrested the alleged shooter at the scene, though no charges have been announced.
