Bills that are being considered in the Ohio General Assembly would ban police department quotas for traffic tickets and arrests in the state.

Senate Bill 114 was passed in April, and now it and a House measure are being discussed by the House Public Safety Committee.

The legislation would also allow officers to report any quotas that they are presented with to the Ohio Attorney General's office.
