Two people are dead, one is missing, and a baby is hospitalized after a group was reportedly hit by a train last night in Fremont.
The accident occurred around 7 p.m. near the Miles Newton Bridge, which crosses the Sandusky River.
Fremont Mayor Danny Sanchez stated that the individuals killed were a 58-year-old woman and her 38-year-old daughter, who were fishing at the time of the incident.
The condition of the baby, estimated to be a little over a year old, has not been reported, and search teams are scouring the river for a missing five-year-old child.
