Video of two Akron Police officers arresting a man earlier this week is gaining attention online.
Police were dispatched to the Lake Park Manor Apartments Wednesday night with reports that a man was assaulting a woman.
At the scene, the officers confronted suspect Dontay Auston, who reportedly tried to run when officers ordered him to turn around.
The video shows Auston on the ground with police punching him as they try to put handcuffs on him.
The video has been watched nearly 300,000 times, and Akron Police Chief Brian Harding says the incident is being reviewed.
