The Browns are admitting defeat on the Deshaun Watson trade.
Co-owner Jimmy Haslam told the media on Monday that the deal was a "big" swing-and-miss.
Cleveland acquired the Pro Bowl quarterback from the Texans in exchange for three first-round picks and immediately signed him to a $230 million fully guaranteed contract.
The 29-year-old has appeared in just 19 games for the Browns due to suspension or injury.
