A Stow man is facing allegations that he smuggled foreign-made body armor into the U.S. and then sold it to law enforcement agencies as domestic-made products.

Prosecutors say that 69-year-old Vall Iliev brought the body armor in from China and sold it to buyers around the country as 'made in Stow Ohio.'

Iliev is being charged this week in federal court.
