The Browns are turning to a different quarterback to close out the regular season.
ESPN reported on Thursday that Bailey Zappe will start under center against the Ravens from Baltimore on Saturday.
Head coach Kevin Stefanski said earlier in the week that both Zappe and Dorian Thompson-Robinson could see action.
Zappe was originally signed off the Chiefs' practice squad back in October following Deshaun Watson's season-ending Achilles tear.
He'll become the 40th quarterback to start for the Browns since the franchise returned to Cleveland in 1999, which is the most out of any team in the NFL during that timeframe.
