A Canton woman who reported earlier this week that her son's customized wheelchair had been stolen now says it has been returned.
The woman's 9-year-old son has spina bifida and relies on the custom-made four-thousand dollar chair to get around.
It was stolen from the front porch of the family's 11th Street Southwest home earlier this week but showed up back on the porch -- damaged --Thursday morning.
Community members had donated more than $4,400 to a fund to pay for a new wheelchair.
The family says the money will be used to fix the chair and to put a tracker on it as well.
