Tuition and fees are going up at the University of Akron.
The university's board of trustees yesterday approved increases in tuition, room and board, and parking fees for incoming freshmen beginning with the 2024-2025 school year.
Current in-state undergrads should not see those increases as they qualify for the university's tuition guarantee program.
