Bond Set For Man Charged In Massillon Movie Theater Killing

Bond has been set at a million dollars for a man accused in a deadly shooting this past weekend at a Massillon movie theater.

Police called to the Regal Massillon on Cherry Road Northwest and found 27-year-old Daron Davis dead in the lobby.

A woman who reports say was also hit by gunfire suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Twenty-year-old suspect Corvon Thomas surrendered to officers at the Massillon police station on the night of the shooting and he is facing charges including murder.

Police say the shooting was a targeted act of violence on a specific person.
