Akron Public Schools Superintendent Michael Robinson has outlined a plan that would cut 285 employee positions from the district.

The goal of the plan revealed on Monday is to eliminate 24 million dollars in spending.

Sixty-six classroom positions, fifty-eight non-classroom positions, and 77 noncertified substitute teaching positions would be among the cuts made by July 1st.
