Charges have been filed against a Canton man accused of casting pornographic images from his cell phone onto the television of a restaurant in Green.
The incident happened Sunday night at a Massillon Road restaurant and in view of three families with underage children who had stopped in to eat after a youth basketball tournament.
The suspect is facing charges including disseminating matter harmful to juveniles under the age of 13.
