Social media influencer Andrew Tate is facing multiple charges in Romania.
He is charged with human trafficking, rape, and forming an organized crime group to sexually exploit women.
Tate was arrested along with his brother Tristan in Bucharest in December.
A Romanian judge has 60 days to review case files before they can be sent to trial.
Twitter once banned Tate from the platform for saying women should "bear some responsibility" for being raped.
