Mexico City’s subway system came to a halt after a chicken got loose on the tracks.
It was a scene out of a comedy as video captured maintenance personnel and civil defense officers in hard hats chasing the fowl around the tracks with brooms, gloves, and a trash bag.
Finally, someone tossed their coat on the chicken and it was removed from the area.
