Nick Carter’s mom, Jane Schneck, was arrested Friday night after an incident with her hubby over a remote control.
Records show she was charged with one count of battery.
Jane had allegedly been drinking and was blaring the TV and her husband couldn’t sleep because it was so loud… and a fight broke out.
Her husband called police when she touched him and she was hauled off to jail.
