Bam Margera has turned himself in to the police in Pennsylvania to face charges for allegedly assaulting his brother on Sunday. There had reportedly been an altercation between Bam and his brother where Bam threatened to “put a bullet” in his brother’s head, before running “into the woods.”
Bam has now appeared in court and has bail set at $50,000. He's due back in court at the end of May. The judge ordered him to complete a drug and alcohol assessment, required him to stay away from his brother, and Bam must get permission if he wants to leave Pennsylvania.
Bam's attorney said that he entered a plea of not guilty and is in “good health and spirits.” Bam himself posted on social media that he read his brother's phone and got upset because his brother wants him back in California and wants to find a way to “302” (involuntarily commit) him, which may have led to the altercation.
