Coronavirus Cases Continue To Rise

Wednesday's update from the Ohio Department of Health revealed another day of high Coronavirus numbers.

Newly-reported cases of Coronavirus totaled 2,607 in the period from Tuesday to Wednesday.

That brings the full number statewide above 205-thousand since the start of the pandemic.

Seventeen new deaths were also reported bringing that total to 5,256.

Also yesterday, the state updated its Coronavirus travel advisories.

Anyone entering Ohio from one of the following states is advised to self-quarantine for 14 days: Idaho, Nevada, Utah, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin and Alabama.

States make the list when they have a COVID positivity rate of 15 percent or higher.
