UPDATE: The Amber Alert has been lifted after two Willoughby Hills children found safe.
The suspect is still at large following domestic dispute this morning.
(Lake County) - Willoughby Hills Police are searching for Clarence Davis. He is suspected of kidnapped two children following a domestic incident this morning.
Detective believe Davis is driving a dark blue 2013 Hyundai Sonata with a 3-year-old girl and 5-year-old boy inside the vehicle.
Police claim Thomas threatened his girlfriend with a gun and took her vehicle with the two children from the 27600 block of Chardon Road around 8:21 a.m.
Police think Davis still has the gun and should be considered armed and dangerous.
The license plate on the vehicle is GWS5908.
Davis is 5-foot-9, 215 pounds with brown eyes and black hair.
