A former member of the Stow-Munroe Falls school board has been accused of stealing millions from his previous employer.
Jonathan Leissler, who served as the CFO of 3B Holdings in Warrensville Heights, is alleged by federal prosecutors to have misappropriated funds totaling approximately $4.6 million.
Reports suggest that he used some of the stolen money for a down payment on a condo in South Carolina, as well as for various personal expenses and to finance an unsuccessful bid for a seat in the Ohio Senate.
Leissler is expected to plead guilty to the charges during a court appearance scheduled for next month.
