In the race for the 13th Congressional district seat, Democratic incumbent Tim Ryan was elected to serve a tenth term in the House of Representatives.
He defeats Republican Christina Hagan and Libertarian Michael Frick.
Ryan, who took an early exit from this years presidential primary contest, described himself as humbled and thankful.
