A special grand jury in Summit County has decided not to indict the Akron police officer who shot and killed a teen.
Fifteen-year-old Jazmir Tucker was allegedly armed with a loaded gun when he was fatally shot by Officer Davon Fields last Thanksgiving.
The grand jurors handed down their decision this morning. No word on what possible charges they were considering.
The Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation undertook the investigation of Jazmir's death, and the police department will now conduct an internal review.
