Enrollment at the University of Akron is hitting its highest mark in four years.
The university reports that 15,318 students have enrolled for this fall term.
That marks an increase of three-point-four percent over last fall and the highest numbers since 2021.
University President R.J. Nemer says that students and families are recognizing that the University of Akron is creating opportunity and saying a resounding 'yes' to student success.
