In Twinsburg, a former police dispatcher pleads not guilty to charges.
Loretta Nash is accused of making a retaliatory call to a resident known for repeatedly contacting 9-1-1.
Prosecutors say Nash called the woman on June 6th and told her she was the dumbest person to call the police department repeatedly.
Nash is charged with telecommunications harassment and prohibited conduct.
