Early voting begins today for Ohio's May 6th election.
Springfield Local Schools and Twinsburg City Schools are among those districts hoping to find favor with voters on their ballots.
In the Rubber City, competitive Democratic primary contests are being held for Ward 1 and Ward 8 council posts. Statewide, voters will decide on the proposed renewal of Ohio's Capital Improvement Program.
Early voting ballots can be cast at the Summit County Board of Elections on Grant Street in Akron.
