Charges are being filed against a man who Akron police say was involved in a Friday night shooting incident.
An exchange of gunfire near the Park Lane Manor Apartments left a 34-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot injuries.
Reports say the suspect and the victim had been fighting before shots were fired.
Twenty-one-year-old James McNeil is now in custody. The victim's injuries are described as non life-threatening.
