Folks needing a safe ride home this St. Patrick's Day weekend may be able to find one for free thanks in part to local officials.
The Summit County Prosecutor's Office is sponsoring the Arrive Alive program that returns starting at noon tomorrow and running through noon on Tuesday.
During that time, folks who have maybe had a bit too much to drink are encouraged to summon a ride through the Lyft app using promo code SUMMITGREEN25 to receive a free trip up to 20 dollars in value.
The offer is open to the first 600 people who use the code.
