The family of a Canton man who died while in the custody of Canton police is responding to news that two officers have been indicted.
Frank Tyson died back in April and his death was later ruled a homicide.
A grand jury has approved indictments against Canton Officers Beau Schoenegge and Camden Burch on charges of reckless homicide.
Bobby DiCello, the attorney for Tyson's family, has released a statement saying, in part, that the family is breathing a short sigh of relief, knowing that the officers who took part in Tyson's death will not escape prosecution for their actions.
