A suspect is in custody after a stolen vehicle crashed into a historic ice cream parlor in Canton.
Police say that early Monday morning, 23-year-old Preston Cingle crashed a stolen vehicle into Taggarts Ice Cream Parlor on Fulton Road Northwest.
Cingle fled from the scene but was later taken into custody on multiple charges.
Taggarts, which first opened in 1926, says it is closed indefinitely.
