Authorities are reporting the safe recovery of a 2-year-old Alliance girl who was reported as kidnapped early Wednesday.
Police say that young Anise Brewer was taken from her mother by the child's non-custodial father.
Police found that man, 40-year-old Rondell Brewer, with the child at around 3 p.m. yesterday in Nebraska.
Rondell Brewer was arrested and is expected to be extradited to Ohio.
