Ohio BCI is still investigating a deadly officer-involved shooting in Wadsworth.
Police say officers responded to a home on Durling Drive after 9 p.m. Tuesday after a call about a man with a gun threatening suicide.
As officers arrived on the scene they reported shots were fired.
State officials are now looking into how many shots were fired and who exactly fired them.
