A Massillon Junior High student is facing charges for creating a Snapchat video that produced rumors of a school shooting.
Police say the video circulated this week, in which the student stated that another student would commit a school shooting.
Police investigated the incident and found no credible threats to the school, but say that since the video created panic, the student is being charged with inducing panic.
