Summit County dog owners are encouraged to act now in renewing their canine friend's license.
The dog license renewal period in Ohio is running now through January 31st.
The cost of renewal is $18 annually for a one-year dog license, $54 for a three-year dog license, and $180 for a permanent dog license.
Late fees apply if folks fail to take action before the end of January.
