Drake Bell’s wife is filing for divorce.
She made the move a week after Bell was reported missing by Florida police.
Officers said he was "endangered" and allegedly threatening suicide.
The actor was later found by authorities who said they took action to make sure Bell received a mental health evaluation.
His estranged wife, Janet Von Schmeling, officially filed for divorce this week, citing irreconcilable differences.
She also requested primary custody of their 2-year-old son, Wyatt, with visitation rights for Bell.
