IT'S VALENTINES DAY WEEKEND (wait, does that make sense) oh well.  If you can't find something to entertain yourself (and hopefully your sweetheart) your just not trying.  Might I offer a few suggestions?

CATCH THE WORLD FAMOUS "STOMP" this Friday and Saturday at E.J. Thomas Hall downtown.  Tickets are available at the box office or at Ticketmaster

IF YOUR STILL GROOVIN TO THE hits of the '60s, you SHOULD hit The Tangier this weekend.  Friday nights headliner is Gary Puckett for 2 shows and on Saturday it's The Association.  Of course some of the original members of these bands are no longer with us, but me thinks you'll enjoy the music anyway.  If you don't know these groups, you might want to sneak into the Civic Theatre on Sunday evening for the Matchbox 20 show.  Yea, this show has been sold out for months.  But if you do get in.....

NEW MOVIES AT LOCAL THEATRES this weekend include Julianne Hough in Safe Haven, A Good Day To Die Hard starring Bruce Willis and Beautiful Creatures with Emma Thompson.  All three are getting good reviews, but your on your own.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO START the weekend tonight, visit the Funny Stop comedy club in Cuyahoga Falls.  Cowboy Bill Martin is the headliner and your MC is Keith Kennedy from 98.1 WKDD.

FINALLY, THE ANNUAL CANTON HOT ROD show happens this Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Canton Civic Center.  Vrooooooom!

JOIN ME FRIDAY MORNING at 9am for the Jim Albright Show on 640 WHLO.  It's free on an AM radio near you (or on an HD radio, or I Heart Radio) or even here at  Later .. Jim
