The Jim Albright Show

International Space Station astronauts, two Americans and one German, have bet on World Cup match.

Today's World Cup match-up between Team USA and Germany will be watched very closely as both teams try to advance to the knockout round of 16. But for the astronauts aboard the space station, there's much more at stake -- bragging rights.

The game will be beamed live 200 miles from Earth where American astronauts Reid Weisman and Steve Swanson will be watching with their German colleague Alex Gerst. And they have a lot riding on the game. If Team USA wins, Weisman and Swanson will get to paint an American flag on Gerst's bald head. If Germany wins, Weisman and Swanson will shave their heads.
