WEEKEND WEATHER IS TO BE PERFECT, so, indoors or out, here are a few ideas to make it a memorable one....

IF ENJOYING A CONCERT OUTDOORS floats your boat, Blossom Music Center presents singer songwriter Jack Johnson this Friday evening.  Tickets are going fast so get them in advance.

IF YOU'RE INTO SHOWTUNES, I'D RECOMMEND THE Akron Civic Theatre on Friday at 8pm.  Il Divo will perform "A Musical Affair-The Greatest Songs of Broadway-Live."  Get tickets and information at the Civic box office.

AS I MENTIONED ON TODAY'S PROGRAM, Glendale Cemetery will hold a 175th anniversary Civil War era funeral procession at 10:45am Friday morning.  Marchers will be decked out in mid 19th Century garb and will march from Perkins Square, near Children's hospital, to the Cemetery.  The Freedom Brass Band of Northeastern Ohio will play and a memorial service will follow the march at Glendale's Civil War Chapel.

TONIGHT IS WKDD NIGHT OUT AT The Funny Stop Comedy Club in Cuyahoga Falls, with your host Keith Kennedy.  Friday nights headliner will be Mick Foley of WWE fame.

THE AKRON WOMENS EXPO HAPPENS THIS Saturday and Sunday at The John S Knight Center in downtown Akron.  Tickets are available at the door.

ROCKIN ON THE RIVER CONTINUES FRIDAY evening at the mall downtown in Cuyahoga Falls.  Admission is free and tomorrows band will be 7 Bridges, an Eagles tribute band.  Say hello to Bob Earley while your there!

THE AKRON RUBBERDUCKS RETURN HOME FOR a three game series this weekend against the Harrisburg Senators.  Fireworks follow Fridays game and Sundays contest is an afternoon affair.
