The union representing nurses at Cleveland Clinic Akron General says it is withdrawing its notice to picket.
The Professional Staff Nurses Association had previously given a ten-day notice for an informational picket following contract negotiations in which the union was fighting for fair labor practices and safe staffing.
On Tuesday morning, the Ohio Nurses Association confirmed that a tentative deal has been reached with Akron General.
Further information on the deal is expected to be released at a later time.
